This is without doubt, one of the most horrific injuries we’ve come across. Martin Taylor of Birmingham, lunges in for a tackle, missing the ball and following through to catch Arsenal’s Eduardo on the ankle.
Eduardo’s ankle buckles and snaps under the pressure at an almost 90 degree angle. The player was down for almost 10 minutes receiving treatment and now faces a lenghtly spell trying on the sidelines trying to recover.
